We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 7 acres of barnyard to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles, as well as shopping centers, Walmart, and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country, relax, and have all the conveniences of city life.

We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend pontoon boat rental from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.

While this retreat is nestled in a quiet setting, you're still close to local conveniences:

• Local dining and shopping - just a short drive away
• Cherokee Lake - great for boating, fishing, and swimming
• Downtown Knoxville & UTK - about 25 miles away for entertainment, dining, and shopping
• Great Smoky Mountains - a perfect day trip for hiking and sightseeing
